Time to Block Your Exams (or SOLs or Standardized Tests)

The TGD

Trusted Tip: TODAY!!! Find the syllabus, take a paper calendar (or your digital one, but we’re big fans of paper) and color-block the "non-negotiables" (EXAMS, classes, sleep, meals, workout) first. Using tiny, colorful sticky notes allows flexibility and adds tactile manipulation which activates your brain and increases engagement in the planning process.

If you didn’t put your exam week FUN items on your calendar last week, don’t forget to PLAN THE FUN FIRST!

Grow Your Mindset: When a person sees the contrast between the white space and the blocked time on a calendar, it immediately creates a visual map of down time and work time.
