Founder & Coach
Tabitha Duquette completed Executive Skills Coach training with industry leader, Peg Dawson, and is also certified as an executive function coach through EFCA. She was a middle school and high school science teacher and middle school science department chair for over 12 years. Tabitha accepts upper elementary, middle school, high school, college, and adult clients in person in Ashburn, VA, or virtual clients around the world.
Ed Chi
Managing Partner & Coach
Ed Chi is a certified executive function coach and has been a middle school and high school science teacher for over 10 years. He has 10 years of experience as a school administrator during which he oversaw school wide testing, remediation, and exceptional education. Ed accepts upper elementary, middle school, high school, college, and adult clients in person in Ashburn, VA, or virtual clients around the world.



Martha Sutro
Executive Function Coach
Martha Sutro has a background in instruction which is based in teaching English and writing to middle school age through college level students. She has completed Peg Dawson's "Coaching Students with Executive Skills Challenges" seminar and is continually learning new skills in coaching for executive skills development. She brings a strengths-based approach to all of her work with students. Martha lives in Portland, Maine and accepts virtual upper elementary, middle school, high school, college, and adult clients.
Joel Legatt
Executive Function Coach
Joel is an experienced Executive Function coach and tutor with a track record of success and positive outcomes. He has worked with students with a variety of diagnoses, including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and bipolar disorder. Joel believes in a customized, student-centered approach based on each learner’s needs and goals to help them achieve meaningful results.
In addition to his work as an Executive Function coach, Joel is in his 14th year as a high school mathematics and computer science teacher. He has received awards for his teaching and holds National Board Certification, a rigorous credential earned by only 4% of teachers nationwide.
Joel lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and two sons, ages 7 and 4. Being a parent has helped him grow as both a teacher and coach. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, performing in a variety of mediums, and competing in his men’s bowling league.
Joel accepts virtual middle school, high school, and college clients.
